研究方向:

腫瘤免疫治療新技術和新靶點,以及抗衰老研究,注重學科交叉融合和臨床轉化。

1、免疫細胞調控/重塑新靶點和新機制;

2、放射衍生物和腫瘤免疫治療:通過研究經典的放射生物學效應,對放療産物進行鑒定分析,一方面探索放療免疫增效新機制,另一方面建立系列間接放療新技術

3、通過設計系列抗腫瘤載體平台策略,克服腫瘤免疫抑制性微環境,提高T細胞在腫瘤微環境中的活性,構建個體化腫瘤疫苗;

4、探索機體衰老相關的靶标和機制,研究抗衰老新技術(包括抗衰老疫苗和幹細胞等)。
