課題組主要緻力于炎症的發生與調控機制研究、基因編輯工具在生物醫學中的應用。主要研究方向包括:
1、衰老過程中炎症的發生機制與調控網絡研究;
2、罕見病的基因治療策略開發,尤其是利用動物模型開展遺傳性早衰症的基因治療探索。
