張久亮，博士，副教授，碩士生導師
研究方向：
天然活性成分與生物活性之間的構效關系研究，尋找天然活性成分如花色苷、多酚、亞精胺、活性肽等，營養幹預慢性疾病（糖尿病、高尿酸血症等代謝性疾病、神經退行性疾病）的作用機制，研究活性成分的作用靶點，如TRAIL受體與Toll-like受體等；基于這些作用靶點，進行活性成分的跟蹤分離及作用機制研究，為将其開發成新藥或膳食補充劑奠定基礎。
